A * indicates the significant rise in frequency.

• Standard plot: lineages detected as significant using the standard method.
• Sub-lineage corrected plot: lineages detected as significant using the corrected frequencies. For the corrected frequencies, isolates that belong to a sublineage were included into the count (i.e. B.1.1.7 is counted for the parent lineage B.1.1) and therefore, frequencies over all lineages sum up to more than one.
• Sliding window plot: lineages detected as significant using the sliding window method.
